There are a number of transit routes near Insideout Movement Therapy. Consult the BC Transit web site for current details.

All sessions are by appointment only and can generally
be arranged at mutually convenient times:

Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm

Movement sessions can be one-on-one or two-on-one, depending on requirements. Craniosacral sessions are
always private.

If you are coming from Victoria by car, travel north on the Pat Bay Highway. Turn right at McTavish Road, then left at Lochside Drive. Lochside Drive becomes Fifth Street at Ocean Avenue. Turn left here, then right at Sixth Street. Insideout Movement Therapy is second on the right.
